Consultancy Charges For ISO 9001

Dear All,
As we have achieved ISO 22000 certification for our division, I would like to propose to the management for getting the factory ISO 9001 certified. Even though we could get the 22000 certification without a consultant, for the whole factory it may be slightly difficult as its a huge plant with about 2000+ employees and lots of departments. So if I want to rope in a consultant, what would be the consultancy charges on a rough estimate? Can any one help?
Best Regards
A Sankara Narayanan

I suppose you're tired now Sankara. As we have achieved ISO 22000 certification for our division, I would like to propose to the management for getting the factory ISO 9001 certified.
I think that's really difficult Sankara. In the UK consultants can charge £500 per day, on a longer project (with many days) that might be £250+ per day. Even at the lower level I don't expect this pricing would be acceptable in Ghana. So if I want to rope in a consultant, what would be the consultancy charges on a rough estimate? Can any one help?
An interesting thread though, I would be interested to hear how much our beloved consultants charge in different locations.
Regards,
Simon

Any consultant out there prepared to put your price list on the table? Or is it not quite as simple as that.

Maybe its time we all migrate to the UK!!!
No it's no good Vassilis, living here is too expensive, they tax your inhale and exhale. We are getting poorer and poorer by the day. The place to be is developing countries, we're over developed and what goes up must come down.Maybe its time we all migrate to the UK!!!
