Hi - What could be the yeast, mold, TPC, APC (CFU) limits for production facilities in the air?

Hi,

THANK YOU FOR YOUR REPLY.

Low risk:

1 - production premises (vegetables)

- washing room
- cutting room
- marinating room
2 - warehouse of vegetables

try TVC 50cfu and Yeast & Mould 50cfu, quarterly (for BRC you will need a risk assessment to determine frequency) however your environment is wet, so you can have slightly higher results. Usually you should leave plates for 30 min.
