I am in need of suggestions/templates on how to perform a mock crisis management.

I will say I am most familiar with SQF, so your system may vary.

You need to create a scenario that would negatively affect your business and explain how you would deal with it.  It will be specific to the 'crisis' and your organization, which makes a template difficult.

Is it a hurricane that floods your area or a tornado that damages your facility, who will you call or contact to make your business whole? The town officials, the utilities, other freezer space, etc.?

Suppliers could have a strike, where are you getting your supply? 

Water could be contaminated in your town, where would you get water?

Leadership could suffer a loss at the top, how would your business recover?
