Hi everyone,

I wanted to ask Acceptable limit of arsenic in Jamaican sea moss (organic & inorganic form of Arsenic)?

It is organic seamoss bdw

I looked up

https://www.canada.c...ts/arsenic.html

It states it's bad in inorganic form and not in organic form of Arsenic. I dont know what form of arsenic is present in jamaican sea moss and also wanted to verify if organic form of arsenic is acceptable and if yes what is the limit?

Thank you.

What is present will be a matter for testing.  Even where natural processes pick up toxic metals, some of it escapes the metabolites (organic) it is trapped in and becomes a free ion or salt (inorganic).
