Selling Food Grade product to distributor for internal use following repackaging

We are currently working with a distributor who will be purchasing our product and repackaging it for their own internal use.  Their bags will not have our company information on them. They will be assuming full responsibility for this product once they receive it from us. Am I correct to assume that this is not considered contract manufacturing in the typical sense, and therefore we would not be required to adhere to any regulations pertaining to contract manufacturing due to this?

Sounds like you would just be considered a supplier.

No regulations pertaining to co-man. Unless you have a contract, it's just another customer.

Your company is just a supplier in this event.
