Has anyone prepped a slide for the strategy meeting for Quality Assurance department.

Points to be noted :

1) Current stage

2) Future stage

3) values and risk

4) Priorities and goals

5) Action planning

 

 

When planning and setting goals we must be

 

Specific

Measurable

Achievable

Relevant

Time-Bound

 

Also,

Also, consider  Strength, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats

Hi Mushrooms,

 

Strategy yes, many times but it wasn't one slide. Your list looks like a general management template. One word that is missing is appropriate.

 

Your strategy should be based on policies and objectives, plans for improvement and also the key issues for the organisation related to quality, food safety and customer requirements.
