Switching from SQF to BRC
Hello experts,
Our company decided to switch from SQF to BRC, due to customer's requirement to have BRC.
I am working on the project charter and was wondering if anyone has any tips on how to make this process less painful. I have never worked in a BRC environment.

The BRCGS Global Standard Food Safety Issue 9 tends to have more stringent requirements.
It would be worthwhile purchasing a copy of their guidance, I think that would help quite a lot: Global Standard Food Safety (Issue 9) Interpretation Guideline
