Hi everyone! After using this site to help guide me with our most recent BRC audit, I decided to make an account to try to help others! I work as a specialist at a fairly large and well-known company at a facility that produces case-ready meat products (pork/beef/grind/value added (incl.poultry and allergens). We also have a fully functional grind department. My job consists of managing all the policies/procedures, HACCP plans, being present at audits, communicating with top management, completing mock recalls/mass balance exercises, a wide array of management tasks, etc etc. I started at the beginning as an entry-level QA technician and worked my way up here through the years!
