Software for Handling Customer Regulatory Document Requests

I am looking into possible software solutions for handling customer regulatory requests, where they are requesting a regulatory information sheet or product stewardship document for an item. Ideally this software could pull the regulatory information from our ERP system to generate an item specific report with the information being requested. Does anyone have any suggestions or ideas about possibly software solutions? I appreciate any input, thank you in advance!

IMEX, the industry standards are ReposiTrak and Trace Gains.

Some of our customers require us to upload various documents using these third party portals.

I guess it all depends on whether your customer has a requirement to utilize these document "repositories".
