How detailed do the documents have to be for HACCP meetings?

How detailed do the documents have to be for our meetings.  What we have been doing is we list the topic we are discussing or dealing with and then list the result of the meeting.  we include the date and signatures of the attendees.

Nope, you need the guts too - include everything.

 

We do the minutes - actually meetings are video/audio recorded.

That is what I thought. Thanks

We have weekly meetings with USDA and the HACCP team.  Would those count?  The minutes are done for those.
