Dear All 

 

i am looking of acceptable limits for allergen as reference for Allergen validation , hence if any one have defined limits as per Codex or FDA/ USFDA, EU/ FSSAI or any other regulatory i.e 

 for Sulphites   concentration of more than 10 ppm is allergenic limit , hence i need reference for below : 

 

Celery,

Cereals containing gluten,

Crustaceans,

Eggs,

Fish,

Lupin,

Milk,

Mustard,

Peanuts,

Sesame,

Soybeans

Tree nuts :

The FDA does not place limits on allergens.  The only thing you can do is show present or not present, or detectable/not detectable.
