All, 

 

I'm currently updating all of our SOP and GMP on new hires and was wondering if there was a 30 to 45 minute out there for New Hires for for an intro to Food Safety for a Bottling Plant of sorts?

We use a training program called Alchemy. They have 5-30 minute modules on topics from HR to food safety to workplace safety.

When I worked at a plastic packaging company, we used JJ Keller's videos on Food Safety & Security, Workplace Safety, etc. Most of the DVD sets come with quizzes and other material as well.
