Hello everyone,

We just started to send our product in trucks with freezers , and started with some issues: not sure if the forklift drivers

take long time to load and unload but was ice in the cooler ..

Anyone can help me, not sure if we need to add any Hawaiian curtains in the trucks  or high the temperature due this process to avoid this issues .. Any general procedure that someone have already implemented ..

thank you in advance for your support

You are loading refrigerated product into a freezer truck?  just curious as to why.

ice and frost are usually caused by warm air entering.   Is the door open during the entire loading process?   Keep the door closed when not in use.  Install high speed door / auto door closer /opener if closing door is too cumbersome......  curtain / air curtain.  Are some options you could try.
