Hi everyone!

Could a PRP fail?

I was wondering if I should consider my CCP controlling risks in case of PRP failure.

of course it could

Even something as simple as an employee not washing their hands is a PRP failure

The short answer is NO---you'd spend ALL your time managing deviations---time better spent training and reinforcing procedures

Yes why not. For every failure there is a correction and corrective action.
