instant food with animal coposition need registration or not?

Hello every, we want to export instant food products to EU conutries and US, the products contain animal source (i.e. chicken, beef, pork...), but act as seasoning, the usage is very very little,  I'd like to know if they need to do any registration as animal by-products or not?
