Even though we had a sampling plan, it is essential to evaluate the risk of each point, When conducting risk assessments for an environmental monitoring plan (for surface, air, water), it's crucial to address key components such as probability, severity, and decision criteria that align with the Environmental Management Plan (EMP). Without these vital elements, the effectiveness of the sampling plan may be compromised and cannot fulfill the desired requirement hence I am requesting guidance regarding this matter.
