I hope you are all doing well. I am currently a student working on a project within a food manufacturing company, focused on implementing a food safety culture (survey, procedures, action plan, objectives, monitoring, etc.).
Unfortunately, I haven't really found any examples to draw inspiration from. If anyone has any documentation, models, or examples of action plan...... they could share, I would be very grateful for the help.
