Hi,
We are procuring some materials through traders which are not BRC certified ,how can we ensure the traceability records and how can we conduct traceability drill ?

As you've posted this in the BRC A&B forum, I'm assuming you are Agents & Brokers certified / working towards Agents & Brokers certification?
If so, your obligations are really about clause 3.7.4 particularly, but also section 4.1.

You'd therefore be expected to run a traceability test exercise or similar with each of these non-BRC traders at least once every three years, although if your risk assessment for them is anything other than low risk, it might be sensible to increase this frequency.

No,we are brcgs food certified and procruing some raw materials through traders, now we want to conduct traceability exercise from them what is the procedure?
