Banned and Restricted Food Colors in the UK (FSA)

I'd like to know about banned food colors in the UK, particularly the group known as "The Southampton Six."  Tartrazine (E102), Quinoline Yellow (E104), Sunset Yellow (E110), Carmoisine (E122), Ponceau 4R (E124), and Allura Red (E129).
