Compressed Air TPC limits

We routinely check all compressed air guns that are used in the factory, especially those that can blow directly onto product contact surfaces.

We record the TPC results, however we don't have any set in place limit of results. Can anyone provide a reference that could assist in establishing these limits? Currently we ensure there's no "increase" however I feel we should be implementing LOR.

FYI: SQF certified manufacturing plant located in QLD Australia.

Cheers,

Have you ever got a kit, collect a sample and sent out for testing?  Maybe doing that would provide you a guideline and/or a start point?
