HACCP Plan for Frozen Meat

Hi, looking into to creating HAACP plan for selling frozen meat.

Need to help identify the CCPs.

The background is we receive packaged frozen meat and put it in the freezer, bring the meat out from the freezer and cut it to smaller cuts, package the meat and label, then put the meat back in the freezer. Then sell to retail customers.
