Reference document for setting oven calibration frequency

Suppose temperature is a CCP.
Can someone share a reference document from anywhere in North America that states the requirement and frequency for oven calibration.
Thanks!
Can anyone share the FDA reference that pathogen microbes kill at above 100 degree celcius?
Reference Standards for Glass Bottle Manufacturing
Reference Standards for Good Warehousing Practices in Food Manufacturing
Management of Change Procedure and Reference
CFR reference for labeling of water in a fruit preparation

You won't find one
You need to determine your calibration frequency (minimum is yearly) based on your process and risks
CFIA and GFSI all require a minimum of annually
Paragraph 53(g): Use, maintenance, and calibration of conveyances or equipment (SFCR)
- The conveyances or equipment you use to manufacture, prepare, store, package or label food or slaughter food animals are used, maintained and, if necessary, calibrated
- according to the manufacturer's instructions; and
in a manner that does not present a risk of contamination of the food
