Frozen food company.
Product : -surimi based (fish nugget/ breaded crab filament/breaded cuttlefish ball)
-breaded fish fillet
-chicken product (cooked & uncooked)
1. May i know the microbe standard for above product?
Total Plate Count (TPC)
Coliforms
E. coli
Staphylococcus aureus

2. Yeast and mould for dry raw material

3. swab test for machine/utensils/workers hand
