Mycotoxin and heavy metal limits in frozen fruits and vegetables as per EU regulations

Hello All,

 

Can anyone share their inputs on the mycotoxin and heavy metal parameters acceptable as per European Commission for Frozen/ IQF fruits and vegetables? 

 

This is what I got-

 

 

Contaminants

LIMITS

Perchlorate (mg/kg)

0.05

Lead

0.10

Cadmium

0.050

Mycotoxins (B1) (µg/kg)

2

B1+B2, G1+ G2 (µg/kg)

4
