Does a facility need to be IQF (Individual Quick Frozen) certified to carry out the process

What is the process? 

 

You need to put it in your HACCP plan or FDA plan. 

 

Also the process depends on how you plan on doing it. For example - blast freezer, liquid nitrogen, etc.

Most certifications are requirements of the customers.
