Does anyone have examples/template of the risks they evaluated before creating their EMP program ?  We are RTE.

I kind like how it is done in the 3m handbook.   By zone and by difficulty to clean.    see pages 15-18 of the link below

 

Many just use the zone as the risk assessment.
