Hello,

What are acceptable limits for compressed air testing for raw frozen beef steaks? How often should it be tested for SQF?

Thank you

I dont think you are going to find a conclusive answer.   In theory if you are filtering at the point of use and the filter is maintained, there should not be anything present in terms of microorganisms.   You also need to prove that oil and other contaminants are not an issue.  There are some food grade air standards' that you can use for reference.

Most people do the testing annually, however if you have known issues or other risks, id probably increase that frequency.

i have the same answer with thiss

you can prepare a validation document that mentions that your compressed air doesn't have a microbe issue
