I think the methods for each of those organism types varies widely by the AOAC method applied.  You'd have to be more specific.

 

AOAC has all of their methodology available with a subscription here:  I1-1Subject Index | Official Methods of Analysis of AOAC INTERNATIONAL | Oxford Academic (oup.com)

 

But if you know the test you want to look into specifically, usually your chosen laboratory can offer you a copy of their procedure to meet that AOAC standard.
