Applicable FSSC 22000 v5.1 clauses for each department during internal audit
We are a small company and currently, we are applying for FSSC 22000 v 5.1 certification. We are about to conduct an Internal Audit of each Department (Production, QA, Laboratory, Warehouse, Maintenance, Human Resource, Purchasing, Marketing) using the FSSC 22000:2018 standard but are not familiar what clauses in the standard are applicable in auditing the mentioned departments. Everything from "PART 2: ......" is applicable. This covers ISO 22000:2018 requirements, ISO/TS 22002-1:2009 and FSSC Additional Requirements. To be more specific on FSSC Additional Requirements, some clauses mention in the parenthesis to which food categories it applies, so check which category you belong to to filter out a few (maybe!). Also, some paragraphs may be excluded like for example if you are not a slaughtering house then you don't need to meet the requirements 2.5.10b or 2.5.11b.
