Does there need to be a minimum percentage of olive oil in the product to advertise on the label?

Hi, we are using olive oil as ingredient in our Greek/Mediterranean style range and want to highlight use of olive oil on packaging purely for marketing purpose.  e.g. flavoursome beans salad, all marinated in olive oil and herb dressing

We do not intent to have any health claims on it.

Is there any requirement that there needs to be a minimum percentage of olive oil needs to be there to advertise on the label?

Your help on the topic is much appreciated.

You should be able to put the olive oil on the label.  Label requirements are mainly concerned about correct ingredient labels, nutritional statements, size of panels, all allergens are listed...  When making claims that your product is Kosher, Halal, Organic...you have to make sure your claims are true.  But you don't want to be deceptive if there is only a drop of olive oil per bottle.  That's how lawsuits occur.
