Your source looks quite reliable. The only way to be 100% sure is to look up legislation for the country you wish to export to.

I suspect you are going to have to perform a considerable amount of Googling. Especially for "South America".
Initially suggest that you extract/group the numerous EU countries from your list since these presumably use same allergen "limits" as "EU".
