Hi Team Members,

 

 

Can someone please share Food Fraud Vulnerability Assessment (VACCP) and Food Defence (TACCP) including their mitigation plans?

 

Our food business is related to a central food kitchens and we have separate sorting, grading, packing, distribution line of fresh fruits and vegetables. We are going to certify both food businesses for either FSSC 22000 or BRCGS food safety.

Note that FSSC 22000 issue a freely downloadable Guidelines Solution for yr (VACCP) request also variously posted on this Forum.

 

Similarly there are many, many threads here offering solutions to your request, eg -

PS - BRC also issue their own (non-free) Food Fraud solution document but this is copyright.

Hi everyone, I have been told that one can do the VACCP and TACCP analysis in one document for FSSC version 6. Is this true?
