My name is Jenny, and I am a Food Safety Compliance Manager for a pizza crust manufacturer in Waukesha Wisconsin. I have been with the company for 18 years and in my position for about 18 months. I began my career with the company as a temp hired for general production and eventually worked my way up to quality assurance, production management, and now compliance.
There are tons of new advancements in food safety, and I am very excited to learn more about what I can do to contribute to a positive food safety culture. My goal is to achieve SQF certification and help my company continue to grow in the right direction.
