Is there an "industry standard" for water filter micron size for Food manufacturing sites? Or general best practise.
Currently use a 50 Micron filter, and I wanted to check whether this is in line with other sites. The water is mains supplied and tested monthly - always in spec.
For context we are a dry rice milling site, and use a very small amount of water during the polishing stages of dry rice.
