Specifications and testing of Kibbled Maze

Hello,

 

Does anyone have experience with using Kibbled Maze? What are the parameters prior to receiving it for bulk storage on the floor ? Whats the storage Time and storage conditions? 

 

Are there any lab analysis, or Organoleptic analysis for determining its quality?

I don't know much about the product, but in general your supplier for this ingredient typically provides the storage time and condition requirements. As for the quality and food safety characteristics you will likely need to watch out for pesticides, aflatoxins, and particle size. The first 2 are typical for agricultural commodities. As for particle size, you may want to set your own specification so you have a consistent product.
