Agenda in Food Safety Meeting
i hope someone doesn't mind sharing an example of their agenda during these meetings, i would like to get our meetings more frequent but feel a little lost on how to begin and what topics should be brought up.
We are a plastic manufacturing company for a bit of my company's background we just manufacture plastic bottles and send them out so no type of food goes through our facility.

We are also a packaging manufacturer. We cover all results from the current monthly Internal Audit Checklists and cover current open items being addressed. We cover concerns from employees (if any) and cover any concerns from management and FS team members. As a packaging manufacturer these requirements are a little less stringent. This has been accepted for 7 years.

We do the same and we usually pick topic to review for updates of the system and then pick a hot topic in food safety. Main point is to keep records and have continuous improvement.
