May I know is there any establish limit for standard plate count and coliform for personnel hand swab. I have my results for getting standard plate count: 20cfu/hand while my coliform(MPN) is less than 1.8. Is these results acceptable?

That would depend on your country's regulations. I'm doing hand swabs just to verify hygienic practices, and there's no micro limit standard for that in Canada. I've established it less than 10 cfu/cm2
