Can anyone recommend a system please?
Right now using an email / word doc system - which is rather dull and not very engaging - looking to do something a little more 2022!

Are there any specific features or functions you'd be looking for?
In our business we created a Microsoft Form so we could survey employees individually using a link to the form for completion and interpretation of the results. Pretty basic in terms of look but functionality works well and the reporting gives us a break down of the results for each question and any individual feedback.
Post survey discussions are held with all employees at our training day plus results posted against Food Safety Culture + Objectives KPI Scoreboard highlighting all relevant objectives and results for the year.
This will then assist with the development of the maturity matrix reporting as well.
