HACCP PLAN For Farming Shrimp

Hai All, 

The latest BAP regulation 3.0 states that in clause 1.1 that every shrimp culture is to make a hazard analysis such as a HACCP plan. Can anyone help with a sample HACCP plan on shrimp farming?
