Greetings Elzaan,

You are in for a big treat, as Eurolab is offering freely guidelines in all things relevant about the new version of ISO 17025.

The link is: https://www.eurolab.org/  in the Publications tab (you will be looking for the cookbooks).

At the very top is Cook Book 00 Tool for Transition from ISO 17025 2005 to 2017, which is an excel that pars new and old versions of the standard, paragraph to paragraph, and simply explains the changes. This can easily be used as your checklist to see what you already have and what you need to change/upgrade/delete etc.

This time i won't say "hope it helps" cause I am sure it will help a lot !!!

If you simply google <<< iso 17025 checklist >>> you will see a lot of free downloads for 2017 version..

(Previous post's link details updates, albeit in a somewhat "minimalist" style)

The usual method to make a checklist is to rephrase all the clauses in the Standard as questions. I recommend you to study the Standard as well.
