Corrective action of Listeria innocua and Listeria welshimeri positive

Hi expert, we just received a lab results of our RTE frozen products that Listeria Monocytogenes is negative, however, Listeria innocua and Listeria welshimeri is present. I know those two are non-pathogenic, but how should I proceed, what's the most appropriate correct action?

There still blinks the yellow light! You have to be cautious..
If I were you, I would have looked into possibilities to eliminate/reduce the present listerial species as a confidence acquiring measure.
Still, the numbers in cfu is also a deciding factor.

Whether endemic to the environment or not you clearly have a failure in your sanitation and hygiene controls. Review procedures, audit your cleaning processes, check titrations, retrain, retrain retrain...
