Metal detector test pieces

To be compliant with 6.4.3, do the test pieces used for daily checks have to be certified, or just the pieces used for annual calibration (which we contract out)?

The daily test pieces are certified if purchased from the manufacturer of the metal detector, you should have received a calibration certificate when they arrived.
