Dear Friends, I am seeking your help in a very sensitive topic that deals with our mineral water packaging business. Actually we are using the ozone to treat our bottled mineral waters. Nevertheless we suffer from some variations of the bromate index in the finished products because of the ineffective functioning of the ozone treatment process. I was wondering if there are another technologies that are similar to the ozone in order to sanitize our waters without leading to harmful by-products ( Bromate in our case). Thanks.
