Hi, Lene from Denmark here :) I'm a newly appointed Quality Assurance Compliance Specialist at Caldic Ingredients Denmark, where I'm responsible for the food safety, at our site in Rødovre, 10 km from Copenhagen. On the site, we produce ingredients like flavours, colours, compound and filling for the food and beverage industry.
