HACCP for Roasted Coffee from Raw Material Receipt to Distribution
Hi, We've just bought a coffee roasting business and would like to put in place a HACCP for our new venture. Does anyone have an example of a plan that's simple and easy to understand so that we can use it (in the UK) for our purposes. A completed template if you will? We're importing from a global supply chain into the UK and then roasting as a speciality business. Any and all help to answer the various questions that are part of the FSA's MyHACCP would be great. We've looked at a variety of posts but as yet gained no traction. Many Thanks.
