Hi everyone, the company I worked for supply fresh whole fruit and whole vegetable to Costco. Because of the volume of our purchase orders, we are looking at using temporary food storage spaces (third party). To meet Costco standards, does these third party storage need Costco approved food safe audits? We only plan to store fruit and vegetable there for a month or two. The product is pre-packaged at our supplier facility, we only distribute the product. Thank you!
