Hi, for several years I have been trying to become SQF certified. With many bumps that halt progress I am still striving. Not properly trained myself, I am also trying to train a team member to be more proficient in food safety, SQF meanings, and HACCP understanding. Just general all around knowledge of GMPs and PRP.
