Organisational risk based approach to the FSMS, elaboration on the guidance given by FSSC

People relate easily to risk management at an operational level (HACCP) and find it a bit difficult to put risk management at an organisational level "in context". Here I have tried to elaborate upon the guidance given by FSSC on this topic.
