In general, trend analysis of non-conformities is quite simple: group your non-conformities (e.g. pest control, personal hygiene, record completion, etc.) and analyse them in terms of similar factors. For instance, you have several pest control service comments about mice discovered at your facility - so, you have a trend saying that your pest control measures need reviewing, updating and addressing (e.g. seal the door gaps, review loading dock policy, etc.) Another example - personal hygiene issues, say, you've noticed several employees not washing their hands properly. So, this is also a trend saying that your personnel should be re-trained on hand washing policy.

Can I group nonconforming points under the provisions in BRC 8?
