Hello all, our buyers departments is having difficulty obtaining CoC's with initial shipments. Would letter of guarantee be the same as a CoC? also applicable to a CoA? Thank you all.

Thank you all.

An (American) LOG is afaik an American invention. Externally typically regarded  as a Myth.

A COC is a (deliberately) diluted version of a  COA.

The specific value of any of the three items depends on the context which is unknown.

A LOG or LOCG (continuing), can serve depending on it's use. I wouldn't use it as authentication of anything but if the supplier manufactures the product sent to you, a Letter of Guarantee can be used for that specific item as long as there is notification of any changes in your supplier agreement and you can verify specifications and performance. We use them for our customers regarding Allergens. We certify that no allergens are intentionally introduced into our products and none of our product components inherently contain allergens.
